11:34 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Complete Solar Holdings (CSLR) said Tuesday that the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has approved its acquisition of SunPower's (SPWR) Blue Raven, New Homes, and dealer businesses for $45 million in cash.

The company said the sale is expected to close on or before Sept. 30, after which SunPower businesses and brand, along with about 1,000 employees, will be housed under Complete Solar.

Shares of Complete Solar were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
