10:26 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CompoSecure ( CMPO ) said Wednesday that chief financial officer Tim Fitzsimmons is retiring in the second half of the year but no later than Jan. 1, 2026.

Fitzsimmons will continue to work with the company as a consultant through Jan. 1, 2027, for a smooth transition, according to CompoSecure ( CMPO ).

The company said it will launch a comprehensive search for Fitzsimmons' successor and also reaffirmed its full-year guidance.
