05:31 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CompoSecure ( CMPO ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Monday of $0.29 per diluted share, up from $0.23 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.25.

Non-GAAP net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $120.9 million, compared with $107.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $116.8 million.

For 2025, the company said it now expects non-GAAP net sales of $463 million, compared with its prior outlook of $455 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $454.9 million.

For 2026, the company said it expects non-GAAP net sales of $510 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $495 million.

CompoSecure ( CMPO ) shares were up 5.7% in recent premarket activity.
