Computer Modelling Group Amends Normal Course Issuer Bid

04:22 PM EST, 02/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Computer Modelling Group ( CMDXF ) after close of trade Monday said that the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted a notice to amend its Normal Course Issuer Bid effective as of Feb. 26, 2026.

According to the statement, the amendment increases the maximum number of common shares that may be repurchased from near 4.13-million, representing 5% of the company's outstanding shares as of Nov. 3, 2025, to near 4.80-million shares, representing 10% of the public float as of the close of business on Nov. 3, 2025, as permitted by TSX rules.

Purchases under the NCIB began on Nov. 14, 2025, and will end no later than Nov. 13, 2026. As of the close of business on Feb. 20, 2026, the company had purchased 3.03-million shares under the NCIB.

Shares of the company closed up $0.05 to $4.06 in Toronto on Monday.
