08:17 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Computer Modelling ( CMDXF ) reported fiscal first-quarter earnings per share of C$0.02, compared with C$0.04, a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected C$0.03 per share.

Revenue in the quarter ended June 30 fell to C$27.8 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026, down from C$29.6 million a year-ago.

The company said it plans a substantial issuer bid to buy back and cancel up to C$20 million of shares at a price of between C$4.00 and C$4.50. The bid will begin on Aug.14 and run until Sept.21.

Its board also approved a cash dividend of C$0.01 per common share, unchanged from the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 15, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 4, it said.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at C$3.75 Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
