04:58 PM EDT, 05/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Comscore ( SCOR ) said late Thursday it has named Matt McLaughlin as chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Jon Carpenter will transition from his CEO role and continue to support the company as a senior advisor to the board and CEO until October 2026, the company said.

McLaughlin previously served as chief operating officer of DoubleVerify, it said.
