04:57 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Comstock (LODE) said late Tuesday that Michael Vogel plans to offer and resell up to 775,000 shares of its common stock.

The company said the shares may be sold on NYSE AMERICAN or other national exchanges at prevailing market prices, adding that Vogel can also sell the shares in over-the-counter markets or through private negotiations.

All proceeds from the sale will go to Vogel, and Comstock will not receive any funds from the transaction, it added.
