07:33 AM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Comstock (LODE) said Tuesday that it had begun shipping and generating revenue from the sale of over 3,000 pounds of recycled aluminum derived from solar panels.

The company said its initial sales surpassed expectations, earning more than fifty cents per pound for the aluminum scrap grades, with a recovery rate of 10% to 15% of the solar panel weight.
