05:41 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Comstock (LODE) said late Wednesday that it has completed its $2.2 million cash and stock acquisition of the Haywood quarry industrial and mineral properties from Decommissioning Services.

The 190-acre Lyon County, Nevada, property offers power, water, and direct US 50 access, and sits next to Comstock's Dayton gold and silver resource, the company said.
