09:23 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Comstock (CHCI) said Wednesday it has formed a joint venture called Oklahoma AI Ventures with Jericho Energy Ventures to support the development of data center campuses in Oklahoma's Pawnee and Noble counties.

The move formalizes a letter of intent announced by Comstock and Jericho in Q1, the company said.

Comstock said it will lead development efforts, while Jericho contributed an about 18,000-acre Oklahoma subsurface portfolio, energy infrastructure, access to natural gas, on-site water, and other assets.

Shares of Comstock were down 2% pre-bell Wednesday.
