09:19 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Comstock Resources ( CRK ) said Tuesday it plans to offer $375 million of 6.75% notes due in 2029 in a private placement, subject to market conditions.

The notes are a mirror issue to Comstock's 6.75% notes due 2029, of which $1.22 billion is outstanding, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to repay a part of the borrowings under Comstock's credit facility as well as fees and expenses, the company said.
