09:49 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Comtech Telecommunications ( CMTL ) said Friday that it is relocating its corporate headquarters to Chandler, Arizona from Melville, New York.

The move was first announced in March and the company said it is set to host a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony with Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on Friday.

Comtech also said it is currently hiring for a "variety" of positions at its new headquarters.

Shares of Comtech Telecommunications ( CMTL ) were up over 5% in recent trading.
