04:09 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Conagra Brands ( CAG ) said Wednesday it has completed the sale of its 51.8% stake in Agro Tech Foods, an Indian food company.

The company said that effective with the sale, Agro Tech Foods' financial results will no longer be included in Conagra's statements.
