Conagra Brands' Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Fall; Fiscal 2024 Adjusted Profit Outlook Reaffirmed

07:56 AM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Conagra Brands ( CAG ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.69 per diluted share, down from $0.76 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.65.

Net sales for the quarter ended Feb. 25 were $3.03 billion, down from $3.09 billion a year earlier. That result matched the average estimate of analysts surveyed by Capital IQ.

The company said it continues to expect fiscal 2024 adjusted EPS in the range of $2.60 to $2.65. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $2.60. Organic net sales for the fiscal year are expected to fall between 1% to 2%, unchanged from the previous outlook.

Shares of the company were up 5.4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
