11:29 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Concentra Group Holdings Parent ( CON ) said Monday it completed its acquisition of Pivot Onsite Innovations from Athletico Physical Therapy for a purchase price of $55 million.

The company said a combination of cash on hand and available borrowing capacity under its existing revolving credit facility was used to finance the deal.
