10:07 AM EDT, 09/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Conduent ( CNDT ) has completed the previously announced $240 million sale of its casualty claims solutions business to MedRisk, the companies said separately on Wednesday.

The sale includes Conduent's ( CNDT ) workers' compensation and auto casualty bill review solutions and services, the companies added.

Shares of Conduent ( CNDT ) rose 3.1% in recent trading.
