10:17 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Conduent ( CNDT ) said Monday it will use the Microsoft ( MSFT ) Azure OpenAI service to help accelerate cycle times for Conduent's ( CNDT ) global clients through the use of generative artificial intelligence.

The collaboration is initially exploring generative AI implementation in healthcare claims management, customer service platforms and fraud detection, with three pilots in progress, the company said.

Conduent ( CNDT ) shares were up 3.6% in recent trading, while Microsoft ( MSFT ) fell 1.2%.
