05:22 PM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Confluent (CFLT) said late Monday it has acquired data streaming platform WarpStream.

Financial details of the deal weren't disclosed.

Confluent said it does not expect the acquisition to have a "material impact" on its financial results for the rest of 2024.

"With the acquisition of WarpStream, Confluent now has a data streaming offering for every company no matter the need," the company said.
