Conifex Timber Lifts Credit Facility by $4 Million After PenderFund Review

07:07 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Conifex Timber ( CFXTF ) , trading near 52-week lows, said overnight Thursday that PenderFund Capital Management increased the amount available under its existing credit facility by $4 million after completing internal diligence procedures.

The company said the total principal available will rise to about $35 million, subject to conditions. Conifex expects to repay the additional amount with cash released from working capital and proceeds from one or more future financings.

"There is no guarantee that additional financing will be available to Conifex on reasonable terms, if at all," said the company in a statement.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.285 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
