10:18 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ConnectM Technology Solutions ( CNTM ) said Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of Green Energy Gains following an all-stock transaction.

Green Energy Gains is a Massachusetts Home Performance Contractor of energy and weatherization assessments, working in partnership with the sponsors of the Mass Save Program, the company said.

The company said it expects the acquisition to boost its portfolio and expand the customer base for its electric heat pump.
