ConnectM Technology Solutions Faces Nasdaq Delisting due to Market Value Issue

04:28 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ConnectM Technology Solutions ( CNTM ) said late Wednesday it received a delisting notice from Nasdaq for failing to meet the $50 million market value of listed securities requirement.

The company said its securities would be suspended from trading on March 18, and a Form 25-NSE would be filed to remove its securities from Nasdaq if it does not appeal the decision by Friday.

ConnectM Technology Solutions ( CNTM ) said it plans to appeal the decision, temporarily delaying the suspension and delisting.
