ConnectOne Bancorp, First of Long Island Shareholders Approve Proposed Merger

04:54 PM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ConnectOne Bancorp ( CNOB ) said late Friday its pending merger with The First of Long Island ( FLIC ) has obtained approval from the shareholders of both companies.

The deal, anticipated to close in Q2, still requires regulatory approval, ConnectOne said.
