12:39 PM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Connexa Sports Technologies ( YYAI ) said Friday its shareholders have approved the acquisition of Yuanyu Enterprise Management at a meeting on May 15.

Pending Nasdaq approval of a change of control, Hongyu Zhou, the sole shareholder of Yuanyu, will own a controlling interest in Connexa, the company said.
