05:34 PM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Conn's (CONN) said Wednesday it received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market informing the company of its delinquency in filing its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended April 30.

The company said it has until Aug. 19 to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq, which may extend the deadline for submission of quarterly results to Dec. 16.
