DOHA, May 20 (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips ( COP ) CEO Ryan

Lance said on Tuesday that if the price of oil remains at its

current level, U.S. shale production would "flatten out", adding

that output would start declining if the oil price falls into

the $50s.
