09:25 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ConocoPhillips ( COP ) said Friday it has completed its acquisition of Marathon Oil ( MRO ) .

Under the terms of the deal, Marathon shareholders will get 0.255 shares of ConocoPhillips' ( COP ) common stock for each share of Marathon common stock, the company added.

The all-stock deal with an enterprise value of $22.5 billion was first announced by ConocoPhillips ( COP ) in May.
