11:15 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ConocoPhillips ( COP ) said Tuesday it has updated the results of cash tender offers of subsidiary, ConocoPhillips Company, increasing the maximum offer reference amount from $4 billion to a sum sufficient to purchase all notes.

As of Monday, approximately $2.67 billion of any and all notes and $2.28 billion of maximum offer notes were validly tendered and not withdrawn, ConocoPhillips ( COP ) said.

ConocoPhillips ( COP ) shares rose 0.4% in recent Tuesday trading.
