Consolidated Water Q3 Earnings, Revenue Decline -- Shares Jump After Hours

05:35 PM EST, 11/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Consolidated Water ( CWCO ) reported Q3 earnings late Thursday of $0.28 per diluted share, down from $0.54 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.25.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Sept. 30 was $33.4 million, down from $49.9 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $31.8 million.

Company shares traded 5% higher in after-hours activity.
