05:00 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Brands ( STZ ) said Monday that it closed the sale of several mainstream wine brands, along with related vineyards and facilities, to The Wine Group.

The brands sold include Woodbridge, Meiomi, Robert Mondavi Private Selection, Cook's, SIMI, and J. Roget sparkling wine. The company said its retained wine portfolio includes wines priced $15 and above.

Separately, the company said it has issued a notice for early full redemption of all of its outstanding 4.75% senior notes due 2025 and 5% senior notes due 2026 on July 2 and June 12, respectively.

The aggregate principal amount of these notes outstanding as of June 2 was $900 million, the company said.
