Constellation Brands to Divest Svedka Brand to Sazerac

07:59 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Brands ( STZ ) said Tuesday that it has signed a deal with distilled spirits company Sazerac to divest Constellation's Svedka brand.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company said it plans to complete the deal in the coming months.
