08:27 AM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Software ( CNSWF ) on Tuesday said its portfolio Omegro acquired Data Consulting, a business software and managed services provider.

"This acquisition is a great opportunity for both Omegro and Data Consulting to work together and continue providing quality solutions for the French speaking municipalities in Switzerland," said Omegro Group Leader Roddy MacLennan.

Shares of CSU closed down $30.76 or 0.7%, to $4,361.61 on Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
