Constellium Launches Euro-, US Dollar-Denominated Senior Notes Offering

05:13 AM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Constellium (CSTM) launched Wednesday a private offering of about 300 million euros ($325 million) in euro-denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032 and $350 million in US dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2026 and 4.25% senior notes due 2026, according to the statement.

Constellium said there is no guarantee that it will successfully complete the notes offering and planned redemption on its proposed terms.
