06:39 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Constellium (CSTM) said Wednesday it has appointed Chief Operating Officer Ingrid Joerg as chief executive, effective Jan. 1.

Joerg will replace Jean-Marc Germain, who has decided to retire at the end of 2025, but will remain a special adviser to the board and management in 2026, the company said.
