10:22 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Constellium (CSTM) said Thursday it is collaborating with packaging company Tesem for sustainable aluminum production through a closed-loop initiative.

Financial terms of the partnership weren't disclosed.

Under the partnership, Constellium and Tesem will form a closed-loop system to recycle high-purity aluminum, the company said.

Constellium also said it will supply Tesem with aluminum coils and will offer specialized aluminum surfaces from its rolling mill in Singen, Germany.

Shares of the company were up 3.5% in recent Thursday trading.
