Constellium SE Q2 Earnings Down, Revenue Up; Raises 2025 Guidance

06:45 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Constellium (CSTM) reported fiscal Q2 earnings Tuesday of $0.25 per diluted share, down from $0.51 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected earnings of $0.30.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.10 billion, up from $1.93 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.03 billion.

The company said it is revising its guidance upwards for 2025 and now expects adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $620 million to $650 million from the earlier $600 million to $630 million.
