Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected 0.20 euros per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was 1.73 billion euros, down from 1.96 billion euros a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected 1.61 billion euros.

Shares of Constellium were down nearly 5% in recent Wednesday trading.
