09:48 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Construction Partners ( ROAD ) said Friday that it has bought an Oklahoma-based asphalt manufacturing and paving firm Overland.

Overland operates eight hot-mix asphalt plants and provides paving services for public, commercial and residential projects in southern and western Oklahoma and northern Texas, the company said.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
