07:54 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Construction Partners ( ROAD ) reported fiscal Q3 earnings Friday of $0.59 per diluted share, up from $0.41 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.54.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $517.8 million, compared with $421.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $504.4 million.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2024 revenue of $1.84 billion to $1.86 billion, up from $1.81 billion to $1.85 billion anticipated previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.83 billion.

Construction Partners' ( ROAD ) shares were up nearly 3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
