Construction Partners Fiscal Q4 Net Income, Revenue Rise; Annual Sales Outlook Reiterated -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

07:37 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Construction Partners ( ROAD ) reported fiscal Q4 net income Thursday of $1.02 per diluted share, up from $0.56 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.10.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $899.8 million, up from $538.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $896.1 million.

The company continues to expect fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.40 billion to $3.50 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.39 billion.

Construction Partners ( ROAD ) shares were down 4.7% in recent premarket activity.
