Construction Partners Reports Fiscal Q2 Earnings, Higher Revenue; Fiscal 2025 Sales Outlook Raised

07:22 AM EDT, 05/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Construction Partners ( ROAD ) reported fiscal Q2 earnings Friday of $0.08 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.02 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.05.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $571.7 million compared with $371.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $561.3 million.

The company raised fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to $2.77 billion to $2.83 billion from $2.66 billion to $2.74 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.7 billion.

Construction Partners ( ROAD ) shares were up 4.7% in recent premarket activity.
