10:47 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Container Store ( TCS ) said Tuesday the New York Stock Exchange has notified the company of its noncompliance with the exchange's continued listing requirements as the average closing price of its stock was less than $1 over a 30-day period.

The company said it plans to cure the stock price deficiency and return to compliance through a reverse stock split or another possible option.
