10:15 AM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Context Therapeutics ( CNTX ) on Friday filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the sale of up to 64.5 million common shares by selling stockholders from time to time in one or more offerings.

The company is not selling any common shares under the prospectus and won't get any proceeds from the sale of shares by selling shareholders, according to the filing.

Price: 1.98, Change: +0.03, Percent Change: +1.28
