ContextLogic Shareholders Approve $173 Million Asset Sale to Qoo10

09:19 AM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ContextLogic ( WISH ) said Friday that its shareholders have approved its asset sale to Singapore-based e-commerce platform Qoo10.

The company announced in February it agreed to sell substantially all of its operating assets and liabilities, mainly comprising its Wish ecommerce platform, to Qoo10 for approximately $173 million in cash.

According to preliminary results of the special meeting, nearly 52% of the company's outstanding shares voted in favor of the sale.

The deal is expected to close Friday.

ContextLogic ( WISH ) said it expects to begin trading under new ticker symbol LOGC within 30 days.
