CONX Starts Tender Offer for 2 Million Shares

05:31 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CONX ( CONX ) , a special purpose acquisition company, said late Monday that it started a tender offer to purchase up to about 2.12 million of its Class A common stock at $10.585614 apiece.

The closing price of the Class A Common Stock was $10.60 per share on Thursday.

The tender offer, which will likely expire on April 29, is being made in connection with the company's regulatory filing on March 11 relating to its purchase and sale agreement with EchoStar Real Estate Holding.
