Cooper Companies Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Sales Increase; Sets Fiscal 2025 Guidance; Shares Drop After Hours

04:52 PM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cooper Companies ( COO ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $1.04 per diluted share, up from $0.87 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.

Net sales for the quarter that ended Oct. 31 was $1.02 billion, up from $927.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.03 billion.

The company expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $3.92 to $4.02, while analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $4.06.

The company expects fiscal 2025 revenue of $4.08 billion to $4.16 billion, while analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.19 billion.

Shares of the company were 6.4% lower in after-hours activity.
