Cooper Companies Raises Share Buyback to $2 billion

04:49 PM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cooper Companies ( COO ) increased its share repurchase program by $1 billion, bringing the total authorization to $2 billion.

The timing and amount of repurchases will depend on market conditions and may be made from time to time in open market purchases or privately negotiated, the company said Wednesday in a statement.

The program has no termination date and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

The company's shares rose 1.6% in after-hours trading.
