Copper concentrate was shipped out of First Quantum's closed Panama mine, government says

June 30 (Reuters) - More than 33,000 metric tons of

copper concentrate have been sent out of First Quantum's

closed Cobre Panama mine, the Panamanian trade and industry

ministry said on Monday.

The ministry said the extraction process was "gradual,"

without specifying how much more concentrate would be removed.

First Quantum declined to comment on the matter.

Duggal expects the EBITDA per tonne for aluminium to improve in Q4FY22. He explained that the company is also making efforts to save aluminium costs by $250-300 per tonne.
