Copper Giant Resources Raises $8.3 Million as it Closes an Offering of Share Units

11:13 AM EDT, 07/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Copper Giant Resources ( LBCMF ) on Friday said it closed a best-efforts public offering that raised $8.27 million, including the partial exercise of the agents' over-allotment option.

The company sold 41.36-million units at $0.20 each. Each unit is made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.28.

The company will use proceeds from the offering for the exploration and advancement of its Mocoa copper-molybdenum project in southern Colombia as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.185 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
