09:48 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Copper Quest Exploration ( IMIMF ) said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Auxer gold project in Idaho.

Under the terms, Copper Quest agreed to issue 2 million shares at $0.15 apiece and pay US$30,000.

The company said global demand for gold remains strong while supply growth is limited, making the deal a timely opportunity to increase its gold exposure in the U.S. amid high gold prices.

Copper Quest also owns the the past-producing Alpine gold mine located about 150 kilometers to the northwest of Auxer.
