04:48 PM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Copperleaf Technologies ( CPLFF ) on Friday its shareholders approved its $1 billion sale to Sweden-based IFS AB for $12 in cash per share.

At the special meeting of shareholders held earlier today, the sale was approved by a total of 62.7 million votes, approximately 98.74% of the votes cast.

Copperleaf ( CPLFF ) provides enterprise decision analytics software solutions to companies managing critical infrastructure. IFS develops and delivers cloud enterprise software for companies who manufacture and distribute goods, build and maintain assets, and manage service-focused operations.
